What is DriveMonarch?
DriveMonarch is a concierge-assisted group luxury-car rental platform serving Bucharest and Otopeni.
How does group rental work?
An organizer chooses a vehicle and dates, selects up to five participants and shares a private invitation link.
How many participants can join?
A group may contain between one and five participants.
Can every participant drive?
No. Only drivers approved by the rental provider and listed in the final rental agreement may drive.
How is the participant price calculated?
The estimated rental total is divided by the selected number of participants. The refundable deposit is shown separately.
Is the displayed price final?
No. It is an estimate until availability, final price and rental conditions are confirmed.
Is insurance included?
Comprehensive insurance is included for approved drivers aged 23+, subject to valid documents and provider approval.
Can the car be delivered to Otopeni Airport?
Selected vehicles may be delivered to Henri Coandă International Airport, subject to confirmation and possible fees.
Can participants pay separately?
DriveMonarch records each estimated share and coordinates the final payment arrangement after confirmation.
Who signs the rental agreement?
The approved primary renter signs the agreement with the rental provider.
Is mileage included?
Included mileage and additional kilometre pricing are displayed on each vehicle page.
When is the booking confirmed?
Only after the concierge team confirms the vehicle, final price, deposit, documents, insurance and delivery details.
